the check in was super fast and the lady was very friendly. I requested first floor and they did indeed give me the first floor. They have a pet fee of 20 a day which is acceptable. There is more cleaning then an average room. The room was very clean. The beds comfortable and pillows too. the location is very good close to everything and lots of parking. the only thing I think that they should look into is when the TV Is on in the other room the connecting door you can hear it loud. Maybe some type of sound proofing through connecting doors if a family is not sharing.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked really well and having a fridge and microwave in the room was very convenient. It's also located a 2 minute walk to the beach and sunset park. Two thumbs up!

Breakfast was very good. A regular continental breakfast. The room was large with fridge and microwave and coffee maker. There are plans to expand. The lake is basically right across the road. Lovely park just about a block away and other side of the road.

Room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable. the batheroom was clean and met all my needs. breakfast was good but it would be nice to see more vegan options. perhaps dairy free yogurt or vegan pastry or breads.

Laminate floor in room, comfortable bedding, close proximity to the outside door for taking my dog in and out. Mat inside the room for wet shoes and boots.

It was one of the best over-night stay values I have had. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was spacious, had a fridge, was very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hot breakfast was very good with a very nice variety. My wife forgot her bracelets on the bed which were then covered up so I did not see them when I did the final scan of the room. Within half an hour of leaving the hotel, I received a call from the front desk saying that the bracelets had been found. We were still in town so I was able to retrieve them right away. We would have no qualms about staying here again. Highly recommended.

This is an older building but it was generally well-maintained. The location on Lakeshore was convenient for us. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. We loved that there was no carpet!
